Smoke Alarms

Maintenance: Every apartment must have a working smoke alarm. If it beeps, replace the batteries and reinstall it immediately.

Strict Rule: Do not remove or disconnect the alarm. It must remain functional at all times.

Prevention No Open Flames: Candles and open flames are strictly prohibited. Use LED candles instead.

In Case of Fire:

Evacuate: Always use the stairs. Never use the elevator.

Call 112: Contact emergency services immediately.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments and throughout the building. Please use the designated outdoor smoking areas. If smoking has occurred inside the apartment, a remediation fee will be charged. This cost may vary but starts at a minimum of 3,500 SEK

To keep our environment clean, please sort your waste and use the correct containers in the waste room next to the building.

What to Sort: Residual & Food waste (Must be securely bagged), Paper & Cardboard, Plastic, Metal, and Glass packaging.

Prohibited Items: Hazardous waste (batteries, electronics, chemicals) is strictly forbidden in the waste room. Please take these to a recycling facility.

Recycling Center: Risslan Återvinningscentral, Brandgatan 4.

Recycling Station: Hummergatan 11A.

To ensure the fastest possible service, please follow these guidelines if you encounter any technical issues or need to report a fault in the apartment:

Standard Maintenance: For all non-urgent matters, please register your request directly in your Lynra app. 

Urgent Matters: In the event of an emergency (e.g., major water leaks, total power failure, or issues posing an immediate risk to the property), please contact us immediately by phone at +46 (0) 10-7075550.

Illegal Activity: Possession or use of drugs, prostitution, and trafficking are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate eviction and a police report. Guests are responsible for following all Swedish laws.

Alcohol: Consumption is permitted only inside your apartment. Alcohol is strictly forbidden in all common and public areas.

Quiet Hours: Please respect your neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum between 10:30 PM (22:30) and 7:00 AM.

The laundry room is located on the entrance floor (ground floor). When you exit the elevator, turn left.

How to book: We use a manual booking system. Simply write your apartment number on the paper list posted outside the laundry room entrance.

Please remember to leave the room clean and tidy for the next neighbor and follow the instructions in the laundry room. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please kindly respect your booked laundry time slots.

Find your router located in the apartment to retrieve your Wifi-connection details.

Your apartment is equipped with a Smart TV for your entertainment. To access streaming services directly on the TV, please ensure the device is connected to the apartment's Wi-Fi.

How to Cast from Your Mobile Device:

Connect: Make sure both your phone and the TV are on the same Wi-Fi network.

Launch: Open your preferred streaming app (e.g., Netflix, YouTube, or Spotify) on your phone.

Cast: Tap the Cast icon within the app and select your TV from the list of available devices.
