If you are in an emergency situation where life, health, or property is at risk, or if a crime is currently in progress, call 112 immediately. This is the primary emergency number for the police, ambulance, and fire department.

Smoke Alarms

There is a central and automatic fire alarm. If triggered, it is directly connected to emergency services. Faulty alarms due to neglect or non-compliance with house rules will be invoiced to the house guest and can cost up to 24,000 SEK.

In Case of Fire:

Evacuate: Always use the stairs. Never use the elevator.

Call 112: Contact emergency services immediately.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments and throughout the building. Please use the designated outdoor smoking areas. If smoking has occurred inside the apartment, a remediation fee will be charged. This cost may vary but starts at a minimum of 3,500 SEK

It is your responsibility as our guest to ensure that all your waste is properly sorted and disposed of daily during your stay. Please use the designated containers located in your closest waste room.

What to Sort: Residual & Food waste (Must be securely bagged), Paper & Cardboard, Plastic, Metal, and Glass packaging.

Prohibited Items: Hazardous waste (batteries, electronics, chemicals) is strictly forbidden in the waste room. Please take these to a recycling facility.

To ensure the fastest possible service, please follow these guidelines if you encounter any technical issues or need to report a fault in the apartment:

Standard Maintenance: For all non-urgent matters, please register your request directly in the Aurora Village app.

Urgent Matters: In the event of an emergency (e.g., major water leaks, total power failure, or issues posing an immediate risk to the property), please contact us immediately by phone at +46 (0) 10-7075550.

Illegal Activity: Possession or use of drugs, prostitution, and trafficking are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate eviction and a police report. Guests are responsible for following all Swedish laws.

Alcohol: Consumption is permitted only inside your apartment. Alcohol is strictly forbidden in all common and public areas.

Quiet Hours: Please respect your neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum between 10:30 PM (22:30) and 7:00 AM.

Your apartment is equipped with a Smart TV for your entertainment. To access streaming services directly on the TV, please ensure the device is connected to the apartment's Wi-Fi.

How to Cast from Your Mobile Device:

Connect: Make sure both your phone and the TV are on the same Wi-Fi network.

Launch: Open your preferred streaming app (e.g., Netflix, YouTube, or Spotify) on your phone.

Cast: Tap the Cast icon within the app and select your TV from the list of available devices.
