Smoke Alarms

There is a central and automatic fire alarm. If triggered, it is directly connected to emergency services. Faulty alarms due to neglect or non-compliance with house rules will be invoiced to the house guest.

In Case of Fire:

Evacuate: Always use the stairs. Never use the elevator.

Call 112: Contact emergency services immediately.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and throughout the building. Please use the designated outdoor smoking areas. If smoking has occurred inside the room, a remediation fee will be charged. This cost may vary but starts at a minimum of 3,500 SEK

It is your responsibility as our guest to ensure that all your waste is properly sorted and disposed of daily during your stay. Please use the designated containers located in your closest waste room.

In the Waste Room: Please carefully follow the posted instructions and signs in the waste room. Only dispose of waste that matches the specific bins provided. Always ensure all bags are securely tied.

Hazardous & Missing Categories: If there are no specific bins available in the waste room for a particular item, or if you are disposing of hazardous waste, you are required to take it to the nearest public recycling station (Återvinningscentral).

Standard Maintenance: For all non-urgent matters, please register your request directly in the Lynra app.

Urgent Matters: In the event of an emergency (e.g., major water leaks, total power failure, or issues posing an immediate risk to the property), please contact us immediately by phone at +46(0)10-7075570

Illegal Activity: Possession or use of drugs, prostitution, and trafficking are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate eviction and a police report. Guests are responsible for following all Swedish laws.

Alcohol: Consumption is permitted only inside your apartment. Alcohol is strictly forbidden in all common and public areas.

Quiet hours are observed from 22:30 to 07:00. All common lounges in the residential buildings must be vacated during this time. Noise levels are to be kept to a minimum to ensure all residents can rest undisturbed.

Please remember to book your laundry session in advance in the laundry room. Each building has one laundry room located on the first floor to the left when you enter the building. Please respect your allocated time, follow the instructions posted in the room, and leave it clean and tidy for the next resident.
